Reading anomaly flags in offline routines
Anomaly flags are not drama. They are short notes that something looked off enough to mention: a seal that seated unevenly, a bag count that needed a second look, a witness who arrived after devices were already on the table.
In a Cold Storage Session Tracker, write the observation and the immediate response. “Seal crease noted; reseated; photo attached” is more useful than “possible issue.” Avoid speculative motives. Stick to what was seen and done.
Weekly reconciliation then looks for patterns — the same crease on the same bag type, the same late witness on weekend openings. Patterns may point to training, lighting, or policy gaps. They do not automatically imply misconduct or market relevance; this remains operational education.
