Cold Storage Session Tracker
The tracker is a shared written record of an offline access window — not a trading journal, not a portfolio tool, and not a substitute for physical controls.
Fields we teach
- Purpose of opening and expected duration
- Operators and witnesses present
- Devices or materials moved, with plain-language locations
- Seal and bag states before exit
- Anomaly flags (including “none observed”)
- Handoff recipient and next review date
Why teams keep it short
Long forms get skipped under fatigue. Mindgrid Core trains a compact tracker that still answers the questions a later shift will ask: what moved, what stayed, and who can explain the difference.
If a field does not change decisions, we encourage removing it rather than decorating the template.
How it fits the room
Use the tracker beside — not instead of — dual control, sealed storage, and access logging your organization already requires.
-
A
Before entry
Write the purpose and roles while the room is still calm. Borrow the pre-entry brief from Vault Session Discipline.
-
B
During the window
Note movements as they happen. Avoid reconstructing the story from memory at the door.
-
C
After exit
Confirm seals, set the next review, and leave language another operator can trust without a phone call.
