Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes how Mindgrid Core handles refunds for educational programs related to Cold Storage Session Tracker training. This website does not process checkout; payments, when arranged, occur through separate invoicing or agreed channels.
Refund eligibility
Full refunds may be available if you cancel in writing before the cohort start date or before self-paced materials are unlocked, whichever applies to your enrollment. Partial refunds may be considered if a facilitated program is materially rescheduled by us and you cannot attend the new dates.
Timeframe
Submit refund requests within 14 days of payment or before the second live lab session for Vault Desk cohorts, whichever comes first, unless mandatory local law provides a longer period.
Conditions for full or partial refund
Full: cancellation before access begins, or documented failure on our side to deliver the purchased lane.
Partial: mid-cohort withdrawals after materials access may receive a prorated amount minus an administrative fee reflecting delivered labs and templates.
Non-refundable items
Completed one-to-one consulting hours, custom Custody Lab on-site travel already incurred, and downloadable template packs marked as final delivery are generally non-refundable once provided.
Refund process
Email support@mindgrid-core.digital with your name, program name, payment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and request any missing details.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days after approval.
Refund method
Refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Alternate methods may be used if the original method is unavailable.
Cancellation
We may cancel a cohort with low enrollment. In that case you may transfer to a later cohort or receive a full refund of amounts paid for the canceled seats.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer protections in Korea or your place of residence may grant rights beyond this policy. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights.
